A 49-key, membership boutique hotel. The approximate 100,000 square-foot project will include a club/spa, four restaurants, multiple bar areas, gym, and workspace. The approximate 35,000 square foot exterior will also receive improvements and two new, freestanding, one-story structures with rooftop terraces, approximately 7,890 square feet.
REA, Inc. was the supplier of Kinetics Noise Controls RIM Isolation Material for the Soho House Spa and the Soho House Gym areas. In addition, Kinetics Noise Control engineered the shop drawings for the overall layout of the noise control system.
