The first project in Nashville to integrate office, retail/entertainment, residential, and hospitality on a large scale, Fifth + Broadway maximizes its space and location while capitalizing on the increasing demand for additional live, work, and play opportunities downtown. The project consists of demolition of the outdated Nashville Convention Center; new construction of 235,000-SF of retail and entertainment; 25-story, 385,000-SF of Class-A office; 34-story residential tower with over 350 units; and more than 2,000 parking spaces.

REA, Inc. was the supplier of the Kinetics Noise Control LSM Spring Lift Slab Floor Mount system for the Acoustic Slab on level 3 of the Fifth + Broadway retail structure. In addition, Kinetics Noise Control was the designer of the jackets and the overall layout of the system.
